The ACPR (French banking regulator) has released a new version of the LCB-FT “Banque Général” report—to be submitted by December 31, 2025. This 2025 update introduces significant structural changes and an expanded focus on crypto-assets.

What’s new in LCB-FT 2025?

The new version—LCB-FT 2025 v2.4.0—includes:

  • New pages specifically addressing crypto-related activities
  • Dozens of new questions related to digital assets and their AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering / Countering the Financing of Terrorism) implications
  • Enhanced structure to support the ACPR’s supervisory goals for emerging risks

Currently, this change applies only to the “Banque Général” declaration. Other LCB-FT reports remain unchanged (for now).

Submission deadline

  • Due date: December 31, 2025
  • Declaration name: LCB-FT “Banque Général”
  • Version: 2.4.0
  • Submission method: OneGate (via XBRL.express or your usual channel)
